Beloved Scranton, Pennsylvania emo-rock icons Tigers Jaw have announced the local supports joining them for their Australian headline tour this November, with Garage Sale on main support and Gloss, Peace Ritual, Paint and Wifecult alternating across the run. Gloss will join the band in Perth, Peace Ritual in Sydney, Paint in Melbourne and Wifecult in Brisbane.

The Melbourne headline show at Howler has already sold out, while tickets for the remaining shows are selling fast via Destroy All Lines. The tour will also see Tigers Jaw make a special second Melbourne appearance supporting Touché Amoré at The Forum on Friday 13 November, celebrating the 10th anniversary of their seminal album Stage Four.

A band whose influence across emo, indie and post-hardcore has only deepened with time, Tigers Jaw have long been considered an important and wildly revered band. They quickly gained attention for their ability to effectively and cooly capture teenage emotions with upbeat angst and mellow moodiness.

Now, two decades later, the band continue their legacy with their seventh full length album, Lost on You, released in March via Hopeless Records. Reuniting with producer and engineer Will Yip (Turnstile, Movements) at his famed Studio 4 in Pennsylvania, Lost on You captures what we’ve always loved about Tigers Jaw - a powerful and pounding rhythm section, great melodic leads that shift from instrument to instrument, and, as always, the interchanging and overlapping vocals that have become their trademark.

Three years on from their last Australian visit, Tigers Jaw will return to Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, performing songs that have left an indelible mark on alternative music alongside material from their acclaimed new album.

As both pioneers and torchbearers, the scene’s present moment owes a lot to Tigers Jaw; their contributions have helped pave the way for this entire world, and still the group continues on. Tigers Jaw was the band that wrote those songs before and they still are the band writing these songs now, remaining one of the most respected names in their genre.

Don't miss Tigers Jaw's long-awaited return to Australia this November. Tickets on sale now via Destroy All Lines.
