THE ONLY PLACE TO SEE WORSHIP IN AUSTRALIA THIS SUMMER
Brisbane returns to New Year's Eve | Perth, Saturday January 2nd

Brisbane - December 31st (New Year's Eve), 2026 - Brisbane Showgrounds
Perth - January 2nd (Saturday), 2027 - Arena Joondalup
Wildlands Festival has officially announced its return for Summer 2026/27, presented by Untitled Group, Beyond The Valley and triple j.
The signature single-day event will once again bring its palpable energy to Brisbane and Perth, with Brisbane returning to New Year's Eve on Thursday, December 31st and Perth following on Saturday, January 2nd, 2027.
This marks a homecoming for Wildlands, as Brisbane returns to its New Year's Eve slot, putting the festival at the heart of the biggest night of the year. Attendees will ring in 2027 at Brisbane Showgrounds, while the festival's west coast edition returns stronger than ever, bringing the Wildlands experience back to Arena Joondalup in full force.
The campaign kicked off on July 15th with a short teaser released across socials, urging fans to dial 1800 WILDLANDS. Callers were greeted by a sultry monster on the other end of the line and prompted to press 1, at which point all four members of WORSHIP answered the call, confirming their exclusive Australian debut at Wildlands this summer.
Following the initial teaser, Wildlands released its official campaign launch video today. The clip introduces Edgar, one of this year's Wildlands monster characters, in a late-night bedroom scene loaded with lineup easter eggs and hints, teasing a track from Dutch powerhouse KI/KI (Getting Ready For The Party) before closing on the 1800 WILDLANDS hotline and encouraging fans to keep calling for ever-evolving clues. The video introduces this year's campaign narrative: New Year, No Resolutions.
WORSHIP brings together Sub Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock and 1991 - a powerhouse collective of world-class drum and bass artists, producers and DJs. With a catalogue spanning multiple gold and platinum records and sold out shows at Red Rocks, Ultra Miami, Alexandra Palace and Coachella's Sahara Stage, they are among the most celebrated names in electronic music globally.
The group's Australian debut at Wildlands marks one of the most significant electronic music announcements the country has seen, and will be exclusive to both the Brisbane and Perth instalments of the festival.
Both Wildlands events will feature reimagined stage designs and updated site layouts across both cities. The Sahara Stage returns open air with production and a DJ setup that hits different under the summer sky. The Summit Stage is back and better than ever, a tent stage with live elements woven throughout. New for this year, The Wilds Stage gives fans on-stage access alongside the DJ lineup for an up-close experience unlike anywhere else on the site.
Attendees will also have the option to elevate their day with the Casamigos Tequila 'House of Friends' VIP Pass, offering a complimentary Casamigos drink on arrival, dedicated express entry lanes, access to Casamigos VIP bar and viewing areas, private VIP amenities, phone charging, a photo booth and FastPass lanes across the site.
Fans can expect Wildlands to once again deliver a stacked lineup of global icons and rising talent set to define the sonic year ahead. Previous editions have featured the likes of Tyler, The Creator, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Peggy Gou, Central Cee, Kid Cudi, Dom Dolla, FISHER, Addison Rae, Diplo, BICEP, A$AP Ferg, G Flip, Becky Hill, Chase & Status, Lola Young and more.
For the first time, The Daily Aus joins Wildlands as official presale partner, giving their community of young Australians first access to tickets.
